When will I receive my e-ticket?
After your booking is confirmed and payment is processed, your e-ticket will be sent to the email address provided during booking. This typically happens within 1 hour, but it can take up to 24 hours in some cases. If you haven't received your e-ticket after 24 hours, please contact our customer support.
How do I claim a refund for a canceled flight?
If your flight has been canceled and you're eligible for a refund, you can submit a refund request through your GinkoFlights account under "My Bookings." Select the canceled booking and click on "Request Refund." Refund processing times vary depending on the airline and payment method, but typically take 7-14 business days.
Do you offer price matching?
Yes, we offer a Price Match Promise. If you find a lower price for the same flight with the same conditions on another website within 24 hours of booking with us, we'll refund the difference. To claim a price match, contact our customer support with a screenshot of the lower price and your booking reference.
What baggage allowance will I have?
